Our name says it all (or most of it anyway).
We administer legal help in the form of document preparation
for people who simply cannot afford an attorney. We limit
ourselves primarily to family court cases and basic probate.
Notice we did not say we give "legal advice" which is what
attorneys provide. As we always tell prospective clients:
if you can afford a good attorney by all means hire one.
But what if you can't? Then we can help you navigate the
often complicated filing process. You may not have an
attorney when you arrive in court but at least your
presentation to the judge will be professional. Just as you
should be as a pro se litigant -- in both appearance and
behavior.
One of our goals as a company is to provide a valuable
resource for you during this stressful time in your life.
And although our primary function is to produce the legal
documents you need to successfully file your petition,
you'll find we are also there to direct you to any information
which will help you become a Pro Se Professional.
